What is Hand Stamped Jewelry?
Hand stamping is done by hand not by a machine. This is what makes each piece unique and one of a kind. Because they are hand stamped there will be variations in alignment or spacing of the letters or some letters stamped deeper than others and this should be seen as an enhancement to your piece, not a flaw or defect. This is what adds to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
What metals do you use?
I use sterling silver and 14kt gold filled. Gold filled is gold that is bonded to a core metal. Gold filled items are 50 to 100,000 times thicker than regular gold plated. Most pieces are made with 20 gauge metal which makes a thick solid piece. To clean your piece use a soft cloth that is non-abrasive (gold is a soft metal and will scratch easily) and specifically made for jewelry or a mild soap, pat dry with a non-abrasive cloth. When not wearing your piece keep it in the pouch it comes in. Do not wash the druzy with any soaps or polishes as this will damage the stone. Do not wear your piece in hot tubs or pools as the chemicals will interact with the metals and damage them. Sterling silver will tarnish, this is a natural oxidation process but doesn’t ruin the metal just use a polishing cloth.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I currently ship orders within 5-15 days not including shipping time depending on the amount of orders before you. Once your order is received, your credit card will be charged as payment is required before producing your piece. During peek holiday seasons my turn around time will change from 2-3 weeks. Shipping
Ready to ship orders will ship within 3 days of purchase. Orders that aren't ready to ship and need to be produced can take anywhere from 5-15 days depending upon the amount of orders before you. I am a one woman operation and will always do my best to be as efficient as possible and get your order to you as soon as I can. When things get crazy busy my husband will step in and be my shipping department :).
Warranty
All my work is guaranteed 30 days from date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. Repairs are available and the cost will depend upon the repair plus S+H.
